DIY: Skunk2 Pro-C Coilover Install – 96-00 Civic Hatchback
Applicative Years: 92-00 Honda Civic, 90-01 Acura Integra
Difficulty: iii out of five
Estimated Time: 3hrs
I decided to supervene upon my Koni Yellow Daze and Ground Control Coilover combo since it wasn't quite as house as I'd hoped for, running the shocks on full firm in the front. I was going to go some stiffer springs in the front but decided to try the Pro-C coilovers from Skunk2 instead since they had a lot more adaptability. After installing the coilovers and setting them all on full soft I was amazed that they felt very similar to the koni/basis command setup, I couldn't look to plough them upward. I turned them upwardly to 4 clicks and drove around once again, much firmer. I could especially feel a difference around turns. I however have nonetheless to turn them to full business firm and I'll report back once I try a few more than combinations.
